Abstract
ASSESSMENT OF CAT IMPLEMENTATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH COMPLETION OF QUESTIONNAIRES BY TEAM MEMBERS, PERSONAL INTERVIEWS WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND YOUTHS INVOLVED IN PROGRAMS, AND VISITS TO YOUTH FACILITIES. MORE SPECIFIC OBSERVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL EVALUATION REPORT.
