Abstract
A RECOMMENDATION IS MADE TO MITIGATE THIS PROBLEM OF REINTEGRATION IN FUTURE PROJECTS NOT BY ATTEMPTING TO REFORM THE PUBLIC SCHOOL BUT BY PROVIDING PROJECT CLIENTS WITH 'VOLUNTEER-ADVOCATES' WHO CAN SUPPORT AND REPRESENT THEM VIS-A-VIS AUTHORITY, HELP THEM CONTINUE THE PROGRESS MADE UNDER THE SPECIALIZED TREATMENT PROGRAMS, AND GENERALLY EASE THEIR RETURN TO THE COMMUNITY AND TO THE TRADITIONAL SCHOOL SYSTEM.
