THIS REPORT SETS FORTH SPECIFICATIONS FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO INSTALL A CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION IN THE CITY JAIL, WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS SMALL IN DIMENSION WITH MEDIUM TO LOW LIGHT LEVELS.
Abstract
THE FOLLOWING REPORT DESCRIBES WHERE AND HOW THE CAMERAS SHOULD BE LOCATED, AND PROVIDES A LOCATION BY LOCATION SPECIFICATION. THE SPECIFICATION INDICATES WHAT LIGHT LEVELS THE CAMERA MUST OPERATE IN, THE TYPE OF LENS, ENCLOSURES AND METHOD OF MOUNTING, AND A COMPLETE SYSTEMS DESCRIPTION TO DEFINE THE SYSTEM LOGIC SUITED TO THE PROPOSAL.
