Abstract
THE BASIC EVALUATION DESIGN IS INTENDED TO ACQUAINT LEAA WITH DALLAS' OVERALL STRATEGY TO MEASURE EFFECTIVENESS, THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CITY, COUNTY, DALLAS AREA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COUNCIL, AND LEAA, AND THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF EACH PARTNER IN THE PROGRAM. THE PLAN IS ALSO INTENDED AS A QUICK REFERENCE SOURCE TO THOSE CHARGED WITH EVALUATION RESPONSIBILITIES. CONSIDERED ARE THE EVALUATION SYSTEM, THE DATA SYSTEM PLAN, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EVALUATION AND DATA SYSTEMS.
