Abstract
EXAMINED ARE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND CRIMINAL CODE. THE ARTICLE POINTS OUT THAT THE PROVISIONS OF GERMAN LAW DO NOT PROVIDE CONCLUSIVE GUIDELINES FOR JUVENILE THERAPY. THE TERM 'PSYCHOTHERAPY' IS USED IN THESE LAWS AS A GENERAL TERM FOR ALL KINDS OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY. --IN GERMAN
