Abstract
THE COUNTY HAS A POPULATION OF 31,000. AFTER STUDYING THE SITUATION, THE CONSULTANT RECOMMENDED THAT THE CITY AND COUNTY POLICE SHARE THE SAME BUILDING; THAT A CITY-COUNTY-STATE POLICE RECORDS AND COMMUNICATIONS CENTER BE ESTABLISHED TO SERVE THE COUNTY; THAT OTHER SERVICES, SUCH AS CRIME LABS AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE BE REGIONALIZED; AND THAT THE AGREEMENT BE FORMALIZED.
