THE SPECIAL PROBLEMS PRESENTED BY INTOXICATED PRISONERS ARE HIGHLIGHTED. TOPICS ARE DISCUSSED FROM THE POINTS OF VIEW OF THE EX-INMATE, THE JAIL SUPERVISOR, THE POLICE CAPTAIN, AND THE PATROL OFFICER ASSIGNED TO JAIL DUTY.
