Abstract
RECENT JUDICIAL DECISIONS CONSTRUING THE LAW OF SEARCH AND SEIZURE, AS WELL AS THE 1973 ADOPTION OF THE OHIO RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, ARE INCORPORATED IN THIS MANUAL. MAJOR SUBJECT AREAS COVERED ARE SEARCHES PURSUANT TO WARRANT, BASES FOR WARRANTLESS SEARCHES, AUTOMOBILES AND TRAFFIC STOPS, AND EAVESDROPPING AND WIRETAPPING.
