RELEVANT STATE AND SUPREME COURT CASE LAW IS EXAMINED. INDEXES INCLUDING AN ALPHABETICAL INDEX OF TOPICS, AN EVIDENCE CODE INDEX, PENAL INDEX, VEHICLE CODE INDEX, A WELFARE AND INSTITUTION CODE INDEX, AND AN ALPHABETICAL TABLE OF CITATIONS ARE INCLUDED. SOME OF THE MANUAL'S APPENDIXES CONTAIN SEARCH WARRANT AFFIDAVITS AND SEARCH WARRANTS FROM ORANGE AND LOS ANGELES COUNTIES.
