EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COURT ACTION IN POLAND IN CASES CONCERNING OFFENSES AGAINST FAMILY BY INQUIRING WHETHER THE FAMILY WAS CONSCIOUS OF A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER IN THE MEANS AND ATMOSPHERE FOR RAISING CHILDREN.
Abstract
EXAMINED WERE 189 CASES CONCERNING PERSECUTION OF FAMILY AND 173 CASES CONCERNING THE AVOIDANCE OF PAYING ALIMONY ENDING WITH SENTENCES OR DISCONTINUANCES IN 1972. IN SEVENTY PERCENT OF THE FORMER AND SIXTY-FIVE PERCENT OF THE LATTER CASES THE FAMILY REPORTED AN IMPROVEMENT. --IN POLISH. SUMMARY IN ENGLISH
