Abstract
THIS FINAL REPORT, DATED JANUARY 1977, ADDRESSES THE FOLLOWING AREAS: STAFFING NEEDS OF THE COMMISSION, CODES OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT, CRITERIA FOR ACTIONABLE CONDUCT, AND PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING COMPLAINTS. ALONG WITH PERSONNEL RELATED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACQUIRING AN ADEQUATE STAFF, IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THE PUBLIC BE MADE AWARE OF THE COMMISSION'S EXISTENCE AND FUNCTIONS.
