Abstract
JUSSIM (JUSTICE SYSTEM INTERACTIVE MODEL) IS AN INTERACTIVE COMPUTER MODEL OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM (CJS) WHICH MAY BE USED AS A SIMPLE LINEAR SYSTEM OR AS A SYSTEM INCORPORATING FEEDBACK LOOPS. SINCE IT IS A SYSTEM-WIDE MODEL, JUSSIM CAN PREDICT EFFECTS THAT PROPOSED CHANGES IN ONE PART OF THE CJS WILL HAVE ON OTHER PARTS OF THE SYSTEM. JUSSIM CAN THEREFORE BE AN EFFICIENT AID TO THE PROCESS OF PRE-EVALUATION. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)...PLO
