Abstract
THE RESULTS OF SUCH CRIME PATTERNING WOULD BE USED TO DICTATE PRIMARY CRIME PREVENTION, PREVENTING CRIMES BY ALTERING THE PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THE PEOPLE LIVE, SO THAT CRIME BECOMES TOO RISKY, OR CRIMINAL OPPORTUNITY NEVER APPEARS.
