Abstract
THIS REPORT ADDRESSES ITSELF TO THE ABUSE OF DANGEROUS DRUGS AND NARCOTICS OTHER THAN MARIJUANA. THE MAGNITUDE OF THE CALIFORNIA DRUG PROBLEM IS ANALYZED AND PRESENT ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS ARE DISCUSSED.
