Abstract
THE REGULATIONS DEAL WITH LIMITATIONS ON THE AUTHORITY OF STATE SCHOOLS AND CENTERS, RELEASE AND RETURN, FACILITIES, ALLOWANCES, FOSTER PARENTS, REGIONAL SECURE DETENTION FACILITIES, TRANSFERS, AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR CARE. THESE REGULATIONS WERE USED AS A SOURCE FOR THE STANDARDS ON RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISION OF LEAA'S OFFICE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION'S ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON STANDARDS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUVENILE JUSTICE.
