Abstract
THE EVALUATION WAS UNDERTAKEN IN FEB. 1977 FOR A PROJECT THAT COST SOME $31,000. THE PAPER STATES THAT THE GRANT HAD JUST BEEN BEGINNING TO DISPLAY PROGRESS TOWARD ATTAINING ITS GOALS. THE PROJECT INVOLVED RECREATION, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, EDUCATION, MEDICAL CARE, AND WORK RELEASE. THE EVALUATORS JUDGED THAT OVERALL PROJECT DIRECTION AND COORDINATION HAD BEEN GOOD IN MOST AREAS. ...BDS
