Abstract
THE MCCJ'S EVALUATION UNIT IS TO PERFORM FOUR BROAD TASKS: INTENSIVE EDUCATIONAL EFFORT TO FAMILIARIZE SUBGRANTEES WITH THE AREA OF EVALUATION AND HOW TO SELF-EVALUATE; TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE; INTENSIVE IN-HOUSE EVALUATIONS, AND GRANTING APPLICATION REVIEW ON AN ONGOING BASIS.
