INCLUDED AMONG THE FOUR APPENDICES TO THE REPORT IS ONE THAT PRESENTS COMPARABLE AGGREGATED DATA FROM THE FIVE LARGEST CITIES IN THE UNITED STATES (COLLECTED IN 1973) AND ONE THAT CONTAINS DATA FROM EACH OF THE 13 CITIES INDIVIDUALLY.
