Abstract
THE DIVERSE NATURE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE PROBLEMS SEEMS TO DEFY SOLUTION, THIS ARTICLE POINTS OUT. OFTEN, THE SIMPLE ALLOCATION OF MORE MONEY FOR THE ERADICATION OF JUVENILE CRIME DOES NOT APPEAR TO HELP SIGNIFICANTLY. PROBATION SUBSIDIES, MOREOVER, ARE OFTEN OPPOSED BY POLICE AGENCIES.
