Abstract
STRESSED IS THE FACT THAT, BY BEING AWARE OF SOME OF THE VISUAL CLUES AND HAVING BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON CAUSES AND CONDITIONS, THE POLICE OFFICER WILL BETTER BE ABLE TO TRANSLATE AND INTERPRET THE CONDITION TO AN IGNORANT OR SUSPICIOUS PUBLIC AND/OR PROVIDE THE NEEDED ASSISTANCE.
