Abstract
THE PURPOSE OF THIS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE REPORT IS TO REVIEW THE DEPARTMENT'S PRESENT SELECTION PROCESS AND ASSESS ITS STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES IN RELATION TO GREELEY'S MANPOWER NEEDS, TO EXAMINE THE DEPARTMENT'S PROPOSED PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW SELECTION PROCESS, AND TO PROPOSE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT IN FORMULATING A SOUND SELECTION PROCESS.
