THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO STIMULATE STATE AND LOCAL JURISDICTIONS TO MEASURE THE COSTS AND RESULTS OF THEIR CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT SERVICES IN DEFINITIVE, QUANTIFIABLE WAYS.
Abstract
BY MEASURING COSTS AND SERVICES IN THIS WAY, THEY AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN MAKE PROGRAM AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION CHOICES.
