THIS GENERAL ATTITUDE SURVEY OF POLICE PERSONNEL WAS CONDUCTED TO EVALUATE JOB SATISFACTION IN ORDER TO ENABLE POLICE MANAGEMENT TO INCREASE MANPOWER UTILIZATION AND POLICE PRODUCTIVITY.
