PRINCIPLES FOR ESTABLISHING EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS TO EFFECT CHRISTIAN REHABILITATION OF OFFENDERS ARE TREATED, WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION GIVEN TO VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS. A CHAPTER IS DEVOTED TO THE FORMATION OF INMATE CONGREGATIONS WITHIN CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS, AND TYPES OF COUNSELING ARE DISCUSSED.
