Abstract
THE MONOGRAPH IS ONE IN A THIRTY-FIVE VOLUME SERIES WHICH IS DIVIDED INTO SIX MAJOR VOLUMES BY CONCEPT. THE VOLUMES ARE SYSTEM PLANNING, COURT PLANNING, PROSECUTION PLANNING, DEFENDER PLANNING, JUVENILE AND FAMILY COURTS, AND COURT SYSTEM COMPUTER APPLICATIONS. THE SERIES IS WRITTEN IN NON-TECHNICAL LANGUAGE TO APPEAL TO A CROSS-SECTION OF USERS.
