THE ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY IS DIVIDED INTO SECTIONS THAT DEAL WITH SPECIFIC VICTIMLESS CRIMES: DRUG USE, GAMBLING, PORNOGRAPHY AND OBSCENITY, PROSTITUTION, PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, AND SEXUAL MORALITY OFFENSES.
Abstract
A FINAL SECTION CONCERNS DECRIMINALIZATION OR LEGALIZATION AND INCLUDES ITEMS WHICH DEAL WITH MORE THAN ONE OF THE CRIMES IN THE PREVIOUS SECTIONS. THE SELECTED MATERIALS ARE CONSIDERED RELEVANT IN THE CONTINUING CONTROVERSY OVER 'VICTIMLESS' CRIMES. A LIST OF REFERENCE SOURCES IS APPENDED.
