Abstract
THE ABROGATION OF CERTAIN CRIMINAL LAWS AGAINST ADULTERY, SODOMY, AND HOMOSEXUAL RELATIONS REFLECTS THE CHANGING ATTITUDE TOWARD SEXUALITY. MORALIZING TERMINOLOGY IN THE SWEDISH CRIMINAL CODE HAS EITHER BEEN DELETED OR CHANGED. WITH REGARD TO SEXUAL OFFENSES WHICH INVOLVE FORCE OR THREAT, RECOMMENDED CHANGES IN THE PROVISIONS ARE OF A TECHNICAL NATURE. NEW PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS, HOMOSEXUALITY, INCEST, AND PIMPING AND PROSTITUTION ARE DELINEATED. -- IN GERMAN.
