LEGAL REGULATIONS PARTAINING TO THE REFUSAL TO TESTIFY AND TO SEIZURE IN THE REALM OF THE PRESS ARE DISCUSSED.
Abstract
THE AUTHOR COMES TO THE CONCLUSION THAT JOURNALISTS, OR PRESS AGENCIES, CAN ONLY BE FORCED TO HAND OVER PICTORIAL MATERIAL IF THIS MATERIAL IS REQUIRED FOR PURPOSES OF A CRIMINAL PROCEDURE. A SEIZURE FOR THE PURPOSE OF WARDING OFF DANGERS, HOWEVER, IS OF NO PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE. THE SCOPE AND THE LIMITS OF THE POSSIBILITIES TO EFFECT SEIZURES ARE DESCRIBED. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED). --IN GERMEN.
