Abstract
THE 'T-STANCE' IS A BASIC DEFENSIVE STANCE FROM WHICH MANY TYPES OF BLOWS OR ATTACKS MAY BE WARDED OFF. HOW TO DEFLECT OR COUNTER BLOWS THROUGH ABDOMINAL, FACIAL, OVERHEAD, AND KICK BLOCKS IS COVERED. THE IMPORTANCE OF PROCTECTING THE FACE AND ABDOMEN, THE TWO MOST VULNERABLE AREAS OF A WOMAN'S BODY, IS EMPHASIZED.
