THE CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT WITH COMMENTARY IS PRESENTED. ALSO DISCUSSED ARE PROBLEM AREAS, HOW TO OBTAIN ADVICE ON ETHICAL QUESTIONS, AND SANCTIONS WHICH CAN BE IMPOSED ON JUDGES FOR SOME KINDS FO CONDUCT. BYLAWS OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY ARE APPENDED.
