SERVICE ACTIVITIES ARE DISCUSSED MORE GENERALLY, WITH PERTINENT DIRECTORIES PROVIDED. THE GUIDE ALSO PROVIDES INFORMATION ON HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND GET RESULTS, HOW TO SPOT MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES, WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A CONTRACT, THE LEGAL STEPS OPEN TO DISSATISFIED CONSUMERS, AND STATE LICENSING BOARDS. AN INDEX IS APPENDED.
