THE FULL REPORT, DEVELOPED UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE MAINE CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING AND ASSISTANCE AGENCY USING LEAA FUNDING, CONTAINS 355 PAGES AND COVERS 248 SEPARATE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE COMPLETE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM OF MAINE.
