MOST MATERIALS IN THE BIBLIOGRAPHY DATE FROM BETWEEN 1966 AND 1978 AND INCLUDE NEWSPAPER AND JOURNAL ARTICLES, MONOGRAPHS, BOOKS, AND RESEARCH PAPERS.
