TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE ALCOHOL AND DRUGS (POLICE OFFICER SUSPENSION OR DISMISSAL FOR SUCH BEHAVIOR AS BEING INTOXICATED WHILE ON DUTY OR FOR COMMITING ILLEGAL ACTS OFF DUTY WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE, ACCEPTING BRIBES OF LIQUOR, OR SELLING DRUGS); TICKETFIXING; AND ASSOCIATING WITH PERSONS OF BAD CHARACTER. OTHER CASES CITED INVOLVE GAMBLING, BRIBERY, AND CONDUCT UNBECOMING AN OFFICER (USE OF PROFANE LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF CLIENTS WHILE ON DUTY, ADULTERY, OFF-DUTY BARROOM FIGHTING, ETC.)
