Abstract
THE TESTS GIVEN AS A BASELINE CHECK AND A PROGRESS CHECK ARE IDENTICAL. EACH TEST CONSISTS OF 10 MULTIPLE-CHOICE QUESTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS: HISTORY OF CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS, DEFINITIONS OF BEHAVIOR, REINFORCERS FOR BEHAVIOR, IMPROVEMENT OF INMATE BEHAVIOR THROUGH REINFORCEMENT METHODS, REDUCTION OF UNDESIRABLE INMATE BEHAVIOR, BEHAVIOR CONTRACTS, AND GRAPHING TECHNIQUES.
