THIS APPENDIX TO A REPORT EVALUATING THE WASHINGTON, D.C., URBAN LEAGUE YOUTH ARBITRATION CENTER, A 2-YEAR DIVERSION PROJECT FOR STATUS OFFENDERS, PRESENTS PROGRAM GOALS, DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENTS, AND RELATED MATERIAL.
Abstract
THE YOUTH ARBITRATION CENTER WAS FUNDED BY LEAA AND INCLUDES BOTH COUNSELING AND ARBITRATION SERVICES. THE EVALUATION'S APPENDIX PRESENTS PROGRAM OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT'S FIRST AND SECOND YEARS. MAPS OF THE PROJECT'S SERVICE AREA ARE ALSO PROVIDED. DATA COLLECTION FORMS, EVALUATION INSTRUMENTS, FORMATS FOR STAFF MEETINGS AND CASE PRESENTATIONS, ARBITRATION STAFF PROCEDURES AND FORMS, AND TERMINATION/FOLLOWUP FORMS ARE PROVIDED.
