Abstract
FULL-TIME MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION STAFF ARE IDENTIFIED, WITH ATTENTION TO THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESEARCH AND WRITING. THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS UPON WHICH REPORTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE PAST YEAR OR UPON WHICH WORK IS IN PROGRESS ARE DESCRIBED: DEBTOR-CREDITOR RELATIONSHIPS, INVOLVING ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS, REVIEWABLE TRANSACTIONS, THE LAW OF GUARANTEES, CROWN LIENS, AND JOINT LIABILITY; THE LAW OF DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS AND THE FAMILIES' COMPENSATION ACT; STATUTE LAW REVISION; THE PAROLE EVIDENCE RULE; ARBITRATION; CIVIL PROCEDURE; THE ESTATES PROJECT; SALE OF GOODS LEGISLATION; EXTRINSIC AIDS TO STATUTORY INTERPRETATION; LIMITATION OF ACTION; DEFAMATION AND LETTERS TO THE EDITOR; AND ACCOUNTING ON FORECLOSURE.
