Abstract
THE BEHAVIORAL OBJECTIVES OF THIS PUBLICATION ARE DESCRIBED AS ENABLING THE STUDENTS USING THE TRAINING MANUAL TO IDENTIFY COMPONENTS AND PERSONNEL OF THE MARYLAND COURT SYSTEM, INCLUDING: THE COURT OF APPEALS; THE COURT OF SPECIAL APPEALS; THE CIRCUIT COURT; THE DISTRICT COURT; MEMBERS OF EACH OF THE COURTS, LISTED IN DIRECTORIES FOLLOWING THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH COURT (E.G., JUDGES, COURT CLERKS), ALONG WITH THEIR JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDS AND THEIR GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION. QUESTIONS FOR SELF-TESTING ON EACH ITEM ARE PROVIDED, AND KEYS (POSTTEST RESPONSE SHEETS) ARE APPENDED.
