STRUCTURED AROUND THE CONCEPT OF SHAPING THE JUDICIARY OF THE FUTURE, THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE HAWAIIAN JUDICIARY BRANCH OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT FOCUSES PRIMARILY ON THE STATE SUPREME COURT; THE LAND COURT; THE TAX APPEAL COURT; APPOINTED BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; THE TRIAL COURTS; THE CIRCUIT COURTS, FAMILY COURTS, DISTRICT COURTS; THE FIVE JUDICIAL CIRCUITS OF THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS; ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES (E.G., BUDGET AND FISCAL, AND PERSONNEL, INCLUDING JUDGES' TRAINING PROGRAMS). COURT AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTS ARE PROVIDED IN THE TEXT.
