Abstract
The manual contains a summary of the basic points of each chapter in the text, which should aid the instructor in preparing classroom lectures and discussions. The material covers the nature and kinds of evidence, the procedure for admitting or excluding evidence, relevancy, the hearsay rule and its exceptions, witnesses, demonstrative and scientific evidence, documentary evidence, the burdens and effect of evidence, and judicial notice.
