Intended for all readers interested in Australian rape legislation, this select bibliography of approximately 105 items focuses on rape law and rape law reform information.
Abstract
As an appendix to the published proceedings of the National Conference on Rape Law Reform organized by the Australian Institute of Criminology and held in Hobart, Tasmania, May 28-30, 1980, the compilation lists books, journal articles, research reports, commission reports, doctoral theses, and program descriptions. The material is arranged by author's name in alphabetical order. While the bulk of the documents listed originates in the 1970's the earliest publications go back to the 1950's; the most recent ones are dated 1980. Although most documents are Australian in origin and focus on Australian interests, several articles from Great Britain and the U.S. are included because of their relevance to the discussion of Australian law. No annotations are included. For related articles, see NCJ 74354.
