Funding sources restricted to specific States are given separately and include Alabama, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Texas, and combined Southern States. Finally, project grants available from the following Federal agencies are described: Community Services Administration; Department of Health, Education, and Welfare; Department of Housing and Urban Development; Law Enforcement Assistance Administration; Department of Labor; and the National Institute of Education. Each entry provides the address and telephone of the funding source and summarizes its scope of operations.
