The worksheets list sample policies, procedures, and guidelines in the areas of administration; admissions; classification; security; prisoner communications, services, and programs; other routine procedures; grievances and discipline; transfer and release; and emergency procedures. Other information included in the worksheets under each area are State standards and case law. The appendixes provide frisk and strip search procedures, commissary items/prices, symptoms of mental illness or anxiety, censorship guidelines, floor plans, and sample forms (i.e., medical and disciplinary forms). The samples can be rewritten or modified to meet each facility's needs.
