This bibliography of publications and audio visual aids aims to increase the research aids available to the practicing procecutor.
Abstract
The publications section lists books, manuals, and periodical articles of interest to district attorneys. Approximately 700 such works are cited covering the following topics, among others: appeals, arson capital punishment, civil contempt, computers, defenses, expert witnesses, jurisdiction, juvenile justice, paralegals, search and seizure, technological advancement, white-collar crime, and terrorism. Most works were published in 1979-80. The audio visual section lists over 100 selected materials by subject, available for rental or purchase. Topics covered include arson, civil-legal liability, criminal justice administration, direct examination, evidence, homicide, juvenile behavior, organized crime, pretrial hearings, scientific evidence, trial, and search and seizure. Most audio visual materials are dated 1978-80. Lists of distributors for both publications and audio visuals are included along with periodical abbreviations.
