Abstract
The primary source for this document was the data processing files of the Department of Corrections, the FBI's Uniform Crime Reports, and the Texas Employment Commission. Data are divided into several categories: summary data, current prison population, admissions data, discharge data, parole data, mandatory supervision -- discharge data, parole violations, and mandatory supervision violators.
