Information is presented on council membership, duties, meetings, cooperation and assistance from other officials (district court judges, county officials, etc.), budget, and offices and staff. Programs and studies undertaken include citizen monitoring of magistrate courts, a study of district court facilities, development of a district court clerk manual, and judicial redistricting. Council proposals, legislative proposals, and other issues relating to municipal courts and district attorneys are delineated. Five tables are included.
