Each categorial profile contains two sections. The first section displays annual criminal justice data in tabular form for 1971 through 1980. The second section contains reference tables displaying selected data for 1980. Trend data provide the individual county or statewide totals for selected criminal justice activities in tabular form. Tables are provided for crimes, arrests, processing, personnel, expenditures, and correctional actions. The individual reference tables cover data for 1980 on crimes reported, adult and juvenile arrests, prosecution, and juvenile probation. Subjects of tabular data include seven major offenses and clearances reported by law enforcement agencies, reported adult felony arrests, reported adult misdemeanor arrests, and dispositions and percents of adult felony arrests.
