Abstract
METHODS OF INHALING TOXIC VAPORS AND USE OF GLUE IN SCHOOL AND AT HOME ARE DISCUSSED. DISCUSSION OF PROHIBITORY LEGISLATION AGAINST THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF SOLVENTS OR GLUE IS PROVIDED ALONG WITH AN ANALYZATION OF RESOURCES NEEDED TO DEAL WITH ETIOLOGICAL, TREATMENT, AND PREVENTIVE ASPECTS OF THE PROBLEM.
