The removal or taking temporary custody of a person may involve processing under a forcible detainer, ejectment, temporary divorce orders, mentally ill persons, alcoholic and intoxicated persons, and bench warrants. The possession process may involve bankruptcy, executions, replevin and foreclosure of security interest, and tax matters.
