Abstract
Correctional officers' salaries were increased by 20 percent, and all employees now receive improved training. The report describes administrative, institutional, and community services, as well as corrections training and new programs for inmates. One goal is to attain accreditation for Kentucky's correctional facilities in the coming year. Maps, photographs, and corrections statistics are included.
